Every time Itry to access online account I receive the following error message.

We're sorry but we're experiencing a few technical problems that we're currently investigating. Please come back and try again later.

This has been happening for several days.

You need to contact O2 with details of the error message. I believe they can reset your account.

Its working ok this morning. Try to access it this morning, then if not, do as prking advises and call O2.

This may be the better short term option as you don't need to log in

As I said, you need to contact O2. They can easily sort this for you.

That's good, glad you got it sorted. Can you explain how it was fixed for the benefit of others on the forum as it tends to be a common occurrence?

I don't know what they do, but when it happened to me. Customer Service said they had 'reset' my account.
