Hi! Any idea how to get to the "Payment history" on o2.co.uk for a Pay Monthly phone?

I am unable to get to the area that lets me see the detail below at the moment, nor can I get access to my Device Plan (credit agreement) detail, so I guess until those are fixed, no joy with Payment history either?

Thanks for any hints...

Hi guys,

Due to the number of threads popping up around this issue I'm locking this one and asking that you discuss it over in this thread, which will be the main thread for updates on this issue. I didn't want to merge as it would be confusing due to the number of different conversations. wink

I'd assume it was all connected to the same issue.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

I always use my PC to check my bills via MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2  and have to say there is no problem at all in viewing previous bills.

I have checked this morning and I can view up to June 2015.

As I rarely (if ever) need to view this section on my mobile I can't comment on that. Looks as if you will need to check via PC.....

Up until 02 June, I could view my bills going back almost a decade.

Now I cannot, regardless of browser, platform or clearing of cookies etc.

It is broken, and every support chat I have reacts like it is a new fault, a fault at my end ('cos "it works" for them!) or "yes, that is because of a system issue, let me read off to you what my screen shows me about your account"... Gnnnnnngh! :sigh:

That is how long I have been with O2, and it's predecessors.

Probably also explains why it is broken for me 😞

Ooops - how'd that "it's" get in my previous post on this thread/topic? D'oh!

And I can't edit it now >sigh<

@Cleoriff, you mentioned this before - what's the mantra to be able to edit a post when the "edit" option has disappeared or the edit window has passed...?

Thanks!

Hi @pgn

To edit a post you have 90minutes to do it.. You go to the option section (top right hand side of your post) click on that and a drop down menu appears. The option to Edit is there. It phases out after the 90 minute cut off point

Edit reply.PNG

If you want to edit after that time then you have to ask one of the admin staff to do it for you @Martin-O2 @Marjo or @MercedesS usually by dropping them a private message
