Good morning,
I went to place an order through o2 for iPhone 12. Entered my details etc and when I went to finish the transaction it's asked me to call o2 to complete my order?
The card hasn't been charged the upfront fee (£30.00) however I've received emails from o2 in regards to Terms and Conditions etc as per usual.
If I contacted o2 would I be subject to a further credit check?
Thanks.

Usually it's for an identity check to prove that you are the person you are claiming to be.
If you passed the credit check online they won't do it again.

Good evening, sorry for not replying sooner-busy with work.
Haven't had chance to call since so would imagine it would fail again if I tried online

You just need to call and pass the identity check if they haven't cancelled the previous order already.
If they have, you'll be credit checked again when you re-order.
