Online Order Never received or refunded

I placed my order online and paid the £30 upfront on the 3rd September 21. I was told it would be ready to collect the following day but is wasn’t. After going to the store for 5 days in a row to collect my new phone, it never arrived nor was it showing in the stores system. Credit to the Harrogate store they managed to cancel the order (as I was so frustrated with the service I had received) they confirmed I would be refunded by the end of that week. It has been a week later and I haven’t been refunded and no matter how hard I try I can’t seem to contact anyone who can help! I’ve been an O2 customer for over 10years and I am disappointed and disgusted in the way I have been treated!

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
