My partner got a second contract put for me. Anyway I wanted my old number on this new contract cause it would be a whole lot easier anyway rang up 02 over the phone and they completely messed everything up. They completely wiped my partners number and its no longer in use they have then given him my number and then I got stuck with the temporary number that they sent that I didn't even want!! So he hasn't got his original number as its gone into thin air and screws him up for work and now with him having my number that doesn't even receive calls my work cant get hold of me so I was just wondering if anything can be done. Please in need of help here we just want out numbers back!!

As these numbers have been deleted recently I am sure that if you contact customer services they can be recovered. This happened to someone else this week and with a lot of perseverance they got the number back. You need to speak to someone though...Live chat wont be able to help..

The only thing you can do is call cs and get them to sort it out for you.
Call 202 and don't be tempted by live chat.

I have tried them but its all shut up for the night 😕 we even tried before they shut and they said that they will sort it but nothing has been done, he has work in the morning and he hasn't got his right number for people to contact on and I'm like on call so I could get a phone call for work at any time, we also have a baby son who suffers with health problems so we need the phone for mainly him so we are really stuck!
