They maybe busy but it isn't down, for me at least as its showing as busy

 

is there anything we can help with as long as it's not account related

Its rubbish!! They have messed my bill up due the their 'computer glich' they didn't collect my direct debit. they have sent a text saying amount is overdue and they are barring my service.....which they have done and that amount is different to what is on my bill!!!!

Hi @Anonymous If you have an account issue such as yours then it's best to speak to customer services not live chat. You may have to use a landline if your phone is barred.(or borrow a mobile)

Just read that I need to contact O2 to register it  - but there's no number to call from another mobile and online services is down. 

I think it said not to do the swap sim, as just a replacement from the lost one
