I wanted to make a payment for my device plan but can’t seem to do it on my o2 app only for the airtime. I have called 202 off my phone went through the automated options etc then it spoke about covid and cut me off. How can I Pay this unless it’s for an emergency purpose no one will speak to you or anything.
