One Plus 3 Damage

I dropped my One plus 3 on the floor and there was a small crack but now the screen doesnt work. Half of it has gone black and the remaining part has weird multicolor lines going through it. How long will it take to get a new one with insurance. I cant see my phone either so how do I back up the things on the phone (notes etc)

@Miller2018 It will depend on which insurance you have. If you have O2 insurance, I don't believe you will get a new phone, but a refurbished one. If you're insured through someone else, their Terms and Conditions will apply.

If you have o2 insurance then you need to call customer service.


The phone should be set to automatically set to back up everything to google.
