Once again not able to view my data allowance, anyone else experiencing the same

Hi,

 

Basically, as per subj - the data allowance info "is not available at the moment", no matter what you use, be it the website or the MyO2 app. This is going on for the past few days. Anyone else experiencing the same?

Look am experiencing this problem with my o2 app says that I have 0.00MB Left
Used 0.00mb and allowance 0.00mb

I want to sort this problem out and I ain't paying over if my allowance is going to be used up, I have 3gb on my tariff but I know I ain't used it all as I have a data limit using on my s6 that I use to stop data. Shall I contact o2 services or uninstall the app?
