Hi,
Basically, as per subj - the data allowance info "is not available at the moment", no matter what you use, be it the website or the MyO2 app. This is going on for the past few days. Anyone else experiencing the same?

Had my phone (Nokia 635) for a month and over last couple of days I am also experiencing this problem. Not only that but the Data section has now completely vanished. We shouldn't have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app all the time. Plus the online help chat has no text box so I can't even get help, so annoying.

Have you tried clearing the browser cache?
