On hold for 40 minutes trying to upgrade

Is it normal to be waiting for this amount of time to try and renew a contract with O2??

Surely if someone is looking to upgrade it suggests a loyal customer and not the time to keep you on hold for this amount of time.

Perhaps i should reconsider upgrading and going to another provider even i have had 2 contracts for about 10 years with no major issues previously...................

Just go to an O2 shop to upgrade.

That's what I did and it was painless and all done inside half an hour.

I would have hung up way before 40 minutes, if that happened to me I would vote with my feet & take my buisness elsewhere.

O2's once excellent customer service seems to have gone downhill rapidly lately.

Good Afternoon,

I understand completely your frustration but is moving Networks because of a wait on the telephone a little rash.

If you do request your PAC Code then please ensure your chosen new Network supplies strong network and data coverage where you live, commute and work etc.
