I have sold my old series 5 watch but I’ve just checked my account and it says I’ve still to pay it monthly but I upgraded to the new series 6 as I’m on 02 refresh

You still have to pay the full amount for any device when you upgrade.

If ordering online, you'll need a new account or else it will upgrade your current phone.
