Hi,

I am moving from Vodafone to O2. I sent off my PAC to keep my old number which appears to have ported to o2, when I ring it it goes to an O2 messaging service. However it hasn’t ported to my new sim so I still have the new number and I can’t get phone calls from my original number. I’ve tried turning my phone off and on numerous times

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
