Old number- can i still access my o2? i have lost the sim.

I want to access my old o2 account online. i have lost the sim years ago. only thing i can remember is the number. is this possible? and is there anyway of accessing bluebook? thanks

Unfortunately not. You could call customer service to see if they can help.
As for Bluebook and we mail they were closed years ago and anything stored is long gone.

unfortunately no. i lost the sim quite a few years ago and cannot remember username or email address. i just need to somehow access contacts/texts on that number

I'm not entirely sure if that would be possible anyway as records are only kept for 2 years.
A long shot would be an SAR but I would call customer services first to see if it was possible before paying.
