I had a second account and this was closed however there is still showing an outstanding balance on my credit report when this has been settled

I would be worth checking with O2 to make sure everything is as it should be.  

Sometimes it can take some time for the credit refrence agency to catch up.  Depending if you are with Equifax or Experian you can ask the agency to force an update or challange.

This was settled over 3 years ago and is still showing I have tried to call and as stated the account is no longer
