My partner used to be on 3 network but when i upgraded my phone we got him a contract with my upgrade. He got a PAC code to carry over his old number to use with his new phone but a few months on and after getting confirmation, its not actually working and using the new number o2 gave instead of his old number that he requested to carry over. Does anyone know why this could be and how we can sort it out?

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
