Hi all,
I'm thinking about doing this 'refresh' thing. I have the offer of paying just a little over £100 to get onto refresh. They say that when I do I can get a new phone, but I have a near new phone anyway so I want to keep it. But it says that I can't take out a simplicity tariff and have to wait until mid March next year!
Surely if I'm paying up my contract to go onto something else, I'm entitled to choose whatever kind of contract I want otherwise why would I want to pay O2 a lump sum only to have no freedom?

Hi @Anonymous ,
The offer for you to move from "standard" contract to refresh includes a 25% discount, that will not apply if you decide to go on simplicity. You can still pay your contract off but no discounts will apply, so it will be your line rental x the number of months left on your contract.Hope this helps.:smileyhappy:
