Having recently bought a phone with an O2 contract & transferred my Number, I've found the whole experience pretty poor. Had I known about the overseas call centres & no email contact I would never have signed up. I now want to move my number to another network but obviously tied into a 24 month contract.
Is it possible to obtain a PAC with the contract reverting to an O2 number? If so, how please?

That's disappointing but not unexpected. ☹️
I got a notification yesterday that they're working on the local mast next week. It would be nice to think that's to make the service actually usable, but I won't be surprised if the opposite occurs...
