WHY HAVE I BEEN OVERCHARGED BY £60.00. CONTACTED CHAT LINE AND ALSO TELEPHONED BUT DID NOT GET ACCEPTABLE ANSWER. ON DOING MY OWN CHECKING I FIND THAT I AM ON 100 MB AND 100 MINS. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION I WAS ON 250 MB AND 250 MINS THE SAME TARRIFF AS MY HUSBAND'S O2 ACCOUNT FOR WHICH HE IS CHARGED THE SAME AMOUNT AS ME NORMALLY EACH MONTH.

@Anonymous you need to call customer service again or look at your myo2 account to see what you have been charged for outside of your allowances

Presumably you have gone over the 100 minutes. I think you need to look at changing your tariff to stop this happening again.
