Dear o2, 

 

i have tried to purchase an iphone x but i got a message saying

"your order cant be completed

when you apply for an o2 contract we use bussiness poliocies to check your application. this time you dont meet our minimum level. to find out why, please email creditfilerefferals@o2.com"

 

i have tried to email the following email but it is not recognized. 

please assist me further

This isn't O2 you are addressing directly. 

Only the credit team can give you the info as to why you have been declined.

The email you have posted should be without the quotation symbol at the end.

You might want to consider a sim only tariff for 3 months to improve your credit rating.
After 3 months you can try again to upgrade to a full contract.
