does anyone have a telephone  number for O2 billing -? I did have a number which I tried , was told it had changed to 0845 655 2000 which I then tried only to get a message sorry this number is not in service - clearly O2 do not wnat anyone to call them !!  There seems to be an issue with the chat tool as well as I cannot open a chat !

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
