O2 was meant to be paying my full bill for this month as I had trouble with my network, but the money has tried to come out of my bank now I'm going to have a bank fee as money wasnt in there. I cant contract anyone, so I dont know what to do now.

It doesn't even ring it just tells me to go the website or my o2, and cant find any info about what to do if o2 are paying the bill and dont pay it. They was meant to pay for the month as I had terrible issues with my network.
