I had a phone call earlier from o2 saying that the payment is overdue. I phoned them asking if I could pay in 2 installments and they said yes. I made the first payment on the 28th of November and they sent me a text saying the payment is overdue. They agreed that the 2nd payment would be alright to go out on the 5th of December. I have received a text message saying they will disconnect the phone unless I make the payment today. The 5th of December is when I get paid next.

Sounds like another call to check they have the date right is called for.
Although some of these texts are auto generated and cannot be stopped.
