As usual the scam that is o2 travel has started for me again.
Arrived in Indonesia on business 4 days ago. Am in quarantine so ONLY using hotel wifi and have switched off data roaming.
Checked my account and have already been billed for 17th,19th and 20th Dec for using o2 travel at rate of £4.50 per day! Absolutely disgusted! Tried making call to O2 on their given number when calling from abroad....Indonesian operator tells me wrong number...probably get billed for that now. Can't arrange a call back, no appointments.Absolutely fed up with non existent O2 customer service and prospect now of having to go without me phone or pay £4.50 charge every day for nothing. Last time this happened I proved to O2 they were charging me for texts they had sent me! Well this time it's OFCOM and an action for fraud.

ActionFraud and Ofcom will not be interested you need to go through the proper complaints process and CEDR process.
OFCOM DO NOT INVESTIGATE CONSUMER ISSUE's and you will be wasting the polices time by logging with Action Fraud.
