O2 tell a friend amazon vouchers

Has anyone actually got their amazon voucher after referring a friend?  I haven't got anything 3 months after receiving an automated email, claiming I'll receive the vouchers after 60 days. The customer service helpdesk has no idea about this offer.

Yeah, you're right. It's getting harder by the day to get the simplest of things done!

Did your friend do as per the t&c's? as it does actually say 90 days after connection..

Check your junk mail filter as well, as its a ecode that gets sent#

As @madasaf1sh says, under Refer a Friend terms and conditions you can see:

  1. The reward will be sent to both parties within 3 months from your referred friend's connection.

Plus, I found the official page here Get £40 in Amazon vouchers when your friends join O2. and was wondering... When they take out a Pay Monthly contract, you'll both earn a reward." Is it possible that your friend didn't take Pay monthly? Any other info in your email that can help us helping you? Help

@cruse2382Did your friend take out an O2 contract?

That's part of the terms and conditions of the 'Tell a friend' promotion https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/tell-a-friend

If they didn't take out a contract then you won't win.

If they did then you need to contact customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
