Hi what would I need to do to move onto a o2 switch up contract .

If your present contract is paid up you can upgrade. However, if it isn't you will need to pay the balance first

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You need to move to a "Plus Plan" which is the only way to get switch up now.
