Hi all, I took out an o2 switch up last September, but in march decided I’d try a small handset, so went back on and swapped to smaller phone, told them I wanted a o2 switch up plan,, he joked and said I’d see you in few months.
I’ve gone in today, to find out he didn’t give me the plus plan like it was discussed.
I’ve been a o2 customer for over 10 years, I’m so unhappy considering my phone is 3 months old. And was told I could come back and swap the phone in a few months time if I wanted.
then told it was either never added or it wasn’t the plus plan.
I checked my contract, compared to my old o2 switch up for my old phone, and it’s so small there was no way I’d of seen the difference.
I’m so annoyed as I wouldn’t taken this contract out without it being a plus plan or it being added.
I really hope something can be done.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
