Good afternoon,
I upgraded to a Pixel 6 Pro in August under a plus plan with the O2 switch up bolt on. The £300 prepaid gift card as part of the summer sale was enough to entice me to upgrade.
It's been about 60 days since I completed the form to receive the gift card. I'm at a point now though where I find the battery life/bugs on the phone pretty unusable at times. If I upgrade now using switch-up does this mean the gift card will no longer be eligible?
Thanks!

The terms and conditions seem to indicate not
Gift Card can only be used after 90 days of your eligible product purchase, provided you have not cancelled your service or returned your handset, and that you remain on an eligible call plan.
May be worth contacting O2

Thank you for your reply,
I read through the terms and conditions and I must have missed that part. Friday brain is clearly ready for the weekend 😩
