O2 switch up and 6 month free airtime

Hi, I’m currently on the o2 switch up with 6 months free airtime, if I upgrade after 90 days will I lose the remaining free airtime?

Yes, as you sign up for a new airtime plan, so your 6months free will be removed as soon as you do the switchup
