How do i swap because the offer in the shop page is not available anywhere els on the web site.
Tried ringing but a/ there is a half hour wait B/ when i got through to a nice foreign lady she couldn't hear me and i couldn't hear here for all the back ground noise.
Jeez a phone company with not enough people answering the phones and when they do, unable to hold a conversation because of the noise.
