Hi I’ve recently bought a sim card from here by mistake as I wanted a phone. I was misinformed over the phone. Therefore I would like to cancel the new sim as I also had not yet used it.

Act within 14 days or you are stuck with it https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-change-of-mind-policy

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
