Hi @Mari1 This isn't customer services so it's them you need to contact https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

There are various ways to pay your bill here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-can-I-pay-my-bill-or-Ways-to-pay-guidelines/ba-p/101...

but you will have to speak to CS for them to lift the block once you have paid your bill in full

You can view what you owe in My O2 https://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Could you also remove you personal details as this is an open forum?

If you are going abroad in future and likely to run up a big bill again you may wish to pay a deposit on your account before you travel.
This will prevent disconnection again.

Not if it’s a potential fraud disconnect.

This is just done to protect the customer.

You really need to speak to customer service. Possibly live chat or you have wifi so use one of the free calling apps to contact and speak directly to someone. Some numbers for you. ..

Im not sure if the email address is still valid. Obviously use +44 and drop the first zero.
