Why is O2's CS so bad? Whenever I try getting through to 4445 I can wait however long I wish... Up to an hour before... And they never answer... But the teams tending to emails and online live chat "don't have the appropriate tools" to tend to most of my issues... What's that about????

O2 Cs are dealing with plenty of issues currently. The launch of the iPhone 7 and return of the Note 7. I am not defending them I am just explaining what may be causing the delay. Is there a question we may be able to help with? As long as it's not account based .....
