Hi all,

Looking for advice, my wife who suffers with cognitive impairment because of her MS keeps getting demands for an account we have no record of. Phoned customer services to see if we can track down what phone number is associated with the account in her name but they refuse to help.

They have now referred it to the fraud department but that is 10 days before they will contact her about who or what is fraudulently using her account.

As you can imagine being physically and mentally disabled she is very worried because they have suspended a phone we don't have and threatening court action.

What other means of resolving this is there or is it a referal to an ombudsman?

Ombudsman won't really help, but you could try Resolver, down near the foot of this page: https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

Good luck!
