I've left 02. They owe me £6. They sent me a cheque which bounced. What is going on?

it could be the cheque was cancelled, your only option is to speak to the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 and ask them to send it via Bank Transfer...

Yes I did call that 0800 number, entered all the codes/ numbers they requested but it wasn't recognising anything I keyed in. Went round and round in the menu rabbit hole trying to get through to a human being but then got cut off.
