Hi, I checked My O2 and it said I could upgrade with O2 refresh "on them" and made it sound like they'd be paying it off. I've had the phone for 14 months and have 10 months left. Would I have to pay any charges or can I literally just upgrade?

You can just upgrade without cancellation fees.

O2 are offering this to customers who were previously with Carphone Warehouse in order to move them to O2 refresh contracts.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
