Hi guys I thought I would do a new post. I put about a sim only to o2 refresh post last month I thought it had been 3 months but had not. I left it another month and phoned them today as my 3rd bill came out yesterday (28/03/20) had a really nice guy told him what phone I wanted and he said I was not eligible to upgrade I told him I wanted to go to refresh and he said he could see I paid 3 bills but was working from home and could I hold.. Came back and said that because it was a Saturday the direct debit come out it has not clear and might be the reason why its saying I cant upgrade and to phone back tomorrow or Tuesday. Is it even worth phoning back as it says on my app its 6 months to upgrade. He also said he had only just started the job aswell

@Ben2012

Customer services will have to over ride the 6 months so you need to call back as requested.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

For some reason it always defaults to 6 months, but as we all know, 3 months is allowed as long as credit rating is good and all bills have been paid on time etc.....
