O2 refresh

Does anyone know if I choose the early refresh. Where o2 pays the remaining g balance. Do I still keep my old handset

Yes as I thought, which is why I underlined that in my first post.

I think @Mark1183 was under the impression he would keep it regardless.

Perhaps it's just the early upgrade option rather than a Refresh option in which case the OP would get to keep the phone when they were advised that O2 would pay off the rest of the contract. As in CPW original contract
