Hiya

I’m due to upgrade soon in July, but on my upgrade options it’s giving me 36 month contract when I’m on a o2 refresh at the moment 24month,

Everywhere else I’ve looked I’m getting a pretty decent monthly price for the phone I want for 24 months yet o2 is showing upgrades more expensive than the other networks but at 36 months. I’ve tried chatting to someone but haven’t had much help. I thought 36 month contracts didn’t really happen anymore?

Thanks for any help

@Aleera87 Go with your most advantageous option. If your contract is nearly up, then you haven't taken advantage of Refresh, so it sounds as if you'd be better off taking a 24 month contract elsewhere.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@Aleera87

You can choose the duration of contract from between 3 to 36 months https://www.o2.co.uk/custom-plans

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
