You can get a full itemised bill in myo2 to download and view that will show all the charges.
I would look at that to see if you can identify the exact charge.

@Anonymous Please follow the advice of @adamtemp64 and @MI5 above. Any dispute concerning your bill would have to be raised with customer service. I suggest you call rather than use Live Chat, as that service isn't always reliable.
