Solved: O2 refresh & recycle

Hi i have a pay monthly mobile due to end in August. I can upgrade if i pay off the remaining balance, i also get option to recycle my phone. Is this separate to refresh would i still have to pay the phone balance back if i choose to recycle?

Yes, you have the settle the device plan as it is a personal loan, but you can recycle the phone and use the money to pay towards the settlement figure.
