I contacted them they are as useless as o2 recycle I have now requested my phone back, but feel I am accepting it back with maybe damage that wasn’t there is the first place. I do have pictures of my phone also with the screen on so if it does come back in worse condition then hopefully I can do something about it 😩

I just wish that all the threads about O2 Recycle could be merged so that we could point customers there as a warning. But that will never happen!
