I have received a letter saying that my current mobile plan at £16 is going up. I do not have a mobile plan. I am on SIM only, and currently pay £5.46 per month for each phone (£10.92 per month in total) unless there are any extra calls attached. The phone numbers are xxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxx. Why have I got this letter saying I have a current £16 mobile Plan? Please advise.
Thanks,
Michael Tasker

The values in the email are an example.
Actual cost to you can be calculated in the following guide.

Well £5.46 should become £6.40 with the increase. Around £12.80 for the two
Seems something wrong there
