O2 payment

Hi guys. O2 took 144 pound out of my account just now and I need it back to pay bills. I didn't have 144 pound I only had 115 will it come back today ?

Depends on your bank, and whether they honour the direct debit.

Have you logged into My o2 and checked your bill? and how much you owe o2? and if you have any outstanding balance?

If nothing is outstanding then may make a claim under the Direct Debit Guarantee, and the bank should credit it back within 24 -48hrs, however if it turns out to be a legitimate DD claim, the bank will give it back to o2.

That's how it works I'm afraid.
If you owe money it will be taken to pay the bill.

@Jamieh1 This is not o2 you are talking to here. If you owe the money then they will take it & you will not be refunded as per the t&c you agreed to

If you don't have the money in your account and the bank honour the dd you will have bank charges for the overdraft unless you have an agreed overdraft in place. 

Likewise there will be charges if the dd fails. First check with your bank and then call O2, though as said they won't refund any due payment.
