I've had the £15 a unlimited text and unlimited internet sim for about 3 years now it was a on offer at the time, I topped up today and got a different message says You've now got unlimited UK texts and 500MB internet to use this month, It used to say Unlimited internet why has this changed? this is now not the same deal as I had before.

It seems they now think "Unlimited" = 500mb 😞

Well there was a huge argument on the old forum when all the Access broadband users were suddenly told their use was to be 20Gb a month, but sadly Ofcom supported that they could use it to define any amount they choose.

I'm with Bt who give me truly unlimited.

No cap on download and no cap on speeds.
