O2 owe us nearly £700.00

Any one else had problems with O2 taking money from your bank account by mistake?
We had nearly £700 withdrawn by them and are basically being fobbed off,was told refund was being returned yesterday.
Small claims court should probably do it.
Any advice?

Not sure where you are going with this @Lamby?

This is a community forum made up of members like yourself. We have three COMMUNITY FORUM managers who are paid to look after the community. ie us lot, who are posting here.

Occasionally they are able to offer additional help to customers by checking information with O2 employed Gurus.

They are impartial and not paid by O2.
Codes of conduct and ethics would have to be adhered too but nothing else.

Apparently they are phoning us tonight, although they had to ask for the contact number ..... Literally 2 mins after I said my wife works for a solicitor 😀
