I have registered for O2 open on different account and bought the device on different account. Is there a way to apply the discount?

The o2 open discount only applies to airtime and not to the device plan.

The discount linked to you (and not via the sharing codes for family and friends) is only available via the account linked to myo2

The terms and conditions explictitly state this:
4.5. An Airtime Discount can only be applied against a Qualifying Contract associated with the Scheme Member’s “My O2” account.

Hey @LukasB I merged both the accounts and could not reply from that id anymore. I got to apply the discount after merging, but it still shows pending and is not getting reflected on the bill. What should I do now?

I would pop into store and they can see if the accounts have merged properly, your entitled to one handset and one tablet in the o2 open discount.

Hi @Vidya,

If you can't pop into an o2 shop, you should be able to get this sorted via 202 customer services. Hope this gets resolved for you.
