O2 open double discount?

I recently got a new iPhone and iPad. When I purchased both, they told me I was eligible for 25% off airtime on both the iPad and iPhone. I signed up for o2 open and went through all the steps. It looks as though the 25% went through on the iPhone but not the ipad and when I try to add it to the iPad it says there is already a 10% discount applied and it can’t do it. How do I remove the 10% that’s on there so I can put on the 25%? Thanks!

You should get 2 codes with O2 Open.
