O2 offer pre-order S25 ULTRA & gets buds pro3 for £20

Hi everyone.  

Today I pre-ordered the Samsung S25 ULTRA and as part of that deal it said if you reorder this phone now we will send you a voucher code to get the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 pro for £20. Now my order has gone through successfully and I've been given a delivery date I cannot find that offer anymore. It did say after 30 days I will receive the code. So my question is will O2 automatically send me the offer code after 30 days has passed.

Once again, massive thanks to him. He goes the extra mile where the call centre just doesn't care most of the time. I do hope his manager(s) see the good he does here on this forum.
