Hi everyone.
Today I pre-ordered the Samsung S25 ULTRA and as part of that deal it said if you reorder this phone now we will send you a voucher code to get the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 pro for £20. Now my order has gone through successfully and I've been given a delivery date I cannot find that offer anymore. It did say after 30 days I will receive the code. So my question is will O2 automatically send me the offer code after 30 days has passed.

I had my code this afternoon but when I tried to use it its 'assigned to someone else' can you help? We literally got it at 2pm this afternoon

So my son's code came through but his line is on my account. He couldn't order, got that message. I couldn't order it myself as I also got that message.
I had to be signed in on my account, but choose his number, then go to the shop and buy. The code then worked.
HOWEVER, the order has failed to go through twice now, claiming it can't verify my payment details, despite me having to approve the transaction in my First Direct app. So I'm still unable to buy his buds.
I haven't even got my own code yet.

I'm still waiting for my code also, rang 202 last month and they said they weren't aware of the promotion so not sure what to do now

Thats strange as when i called 202, the person i spoke with new about the offer and they sorted the voucher issue there and then.
My Galaxy Bud 3 Pro's were delivered today. You're in for a real treat when you do get yours. They sound incredible!

I'm not sure if that number gets you to the same place as calling 202.

@StaceyG - that number is listed as the contact for O2 Business Services - still O2, but a different section from the 202 number - glad they helped you out!
